My fiance and I put our trust in John Lilley and the service he provided was absolutely excellent. We had been let down somewhat by other jewellers and I can guarantee you will not find a better service than that provided by John. We are now living roughly 50 miles away from his showroom, and will be making this journey happily for a discussion about wedding bands.

What a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Would highly recommend. Ongoing problems with my diamond engagement ring have now been resolved. John went to great lengths to solve the problem and my ring was not only returned to me in a far more durable condition but it is now also far more beautiful than it was when we bought it a decade ago. John and Bee went above and beyond and we are so grateful for their help.

John is a great craftsman and has just made my beautiful pear-drop platinum diamond ring, after I lost my original diamond engagement ring. John also made my platinum wedding ring which he made to fit exactly in the shape of the stone.
I have seen some of his other amazing works, which were breathtaking. If you want something special to keep forever, ask John and he comes up with fantastic ideas.
His wife Bee is wonderful and helpful. What a fantastic team.

Fabulous service! We had our wedding rings made 15 years ago and have just been back for an eternity ring to be made to match. From start to finish the service was amazing and the jewellery is beautiful. Would highly recommend.

What can I say 16 years ago Mr Lilley made my engagement ring
both our wedding rings and has now completed the set with an Eternity ring WOW what a masterpiece we are over the moon with the service we have had 16 yrs ago up to today. The 3 rings are beautiful I would love to post a picture but it won't allow.

I wouldn’t even give it a one star if I could. John said to me that I needed to give him a budget when I told him I did not have one in particular, on the phone and went ahead and made the appointment and the quality of the sapphires was not great and he was arrogant and rude throughout our conversation and said he didn’t want to waste his time requesting further bigger carat stones without a budget! his tone was so arrogant and rude throughout and I’m not sure why I did not get up and walk out until he said perhaps you need to find another jewellers and basically did not want the job at looking at further sized carats/qualities and I told him this and left! When I didn’t know he was ordering a 1ct size in which I initially specified for my ring design. Avoid like the plague! Disappointing to say the least. Total bull and so unprofessional! Just remember there are many who are much more trustworthy and kind out there! Would never give someone with this attitude a penny!

Once again we have had excellent service from both John and Bee at Lilley's. We have used them several times since we got married 17 years' ago and every time we have come away exceedingly happy!

After several unsatisfactory visits to overpriced jewellers who seemed unwilling to "think outside of the box" we contacted John. After only a few minutes, John was able to share my vision and design a perfect eternity ring within budget. We collected my beautiful ring yesterday and I am delighted. Highly recommended!
