Bought my AP Royal Oak at Albone and Steve helped me all the way through payment, deliverance and follow up afterwards. Everything was clean and smooth! They even got my watch polished for me 10 months after the purchase and did it for free. I definetly recommend these guys. Very pleasent experience!

So, I've been after a particular watch (Breitling Steelfish) for a while, and saw one on Ebay being sold by Albone. Steve dealt with my queries, promptly and nothing was too much trouble and supplied extra photos when requested . The watch was posted RM Special Delivery to me as part of the deal and when I opened it, I was extremely pleased with the overall condition. It was better than I expected, and in first class condition. Photos never really capture the detail of a watch, and although I could tell it was a good one from the large scale photos supplied - you just don't know until you have it in your hands. It didn't disappoint. I've bought and sold lots of watches over the years using AD's and second hand specialist such as Watchfinder. In my view, Albone are up there with them. They even supplied a 12 month guarantee too.

I recently bought a bracelet from albone which needed an extra link putting in .the work was done fast and to a high standard. It was returned to me within a few days .communication was great from the staff and a fair price for the work carried out .highly recommended.

I popped in with some gemstones just now, spoke to a really nice lady who was very honest and delt with everything in the fairest way possible. Done exactly as she said she would. Hopefully I can do some business with this store.

Just received the ring adjusters I bought online. Found the company through Google search. Fast delivery and a great idea for rings that don't fit well. Low cost and a variety of sizes supplied. Very pleased with my purchase 🙂

Ordered online but never received order from Albone Jewellers Steve Albone refused to give tracking number or to send a replacement. Would question if order was actually sent. O stars.

I sent my grandmothers ring to be repaired by Albone Jewellers and I am very happy with the entire process. I sent it via recorded delivery and was updated as soon as it arrived. My ring was fixed at the quoted price and returned to me via post. The entire process was very easy and I was very happy with the price and the end result. The ring means a lot to me so I was nervous about it being fixed however Albone Jewellers updated me the entire way and I felt that it was in safe hands.
