Small jewellery shop with top staff a joy to shop there..

I had my eye on a used U Boat Watch for a while and spotted my ideal design in Hooper Bolton. The staff were really helpful and detailed the watch design and functions. After many visits I was happy to buy the watch. The staff measured my wrist and ordered a larger strap that would fit the U Boat Watch. They fitted the new strap and showed me how to put the watch on without causing unnecessary stress to the leather strap as well as setting date and time and how often to wind, etc. I love the watch and would recommend Hooper Bolton to anyone who is looking for a personal service from an independent jeweller in Cheltenham.

My first time shopping online here and absolutely thrilled with the experience. I had left buying a very important birthday present (gf) too late but Jeremy bent over backwards to help me and make sure I had the gift I needed the very next day (today!!!!). Would absolutely recommend to anyone, including those buying online and I'll definitely use Hooper Bolton again.

I have tried to order 4 items from the online store on different occasions and every single time they let me pay for it as it says it is in stock and then they have had to refund me, even though it says it is in stock on the website, the reason they have given on one of the occasions is that they sell the stock on eBay too but you would think by now there would be a better way to keep account of what has sold and adjust the website so you don’t order items and pay for them just to be refunded a few days later. It is really annoying as some of the items have been for gifts. Although I am refunded this is still terrible service to sell something that isn’t in stock and have to keep giving the money back.
