Poor customer service, went to enquire about a ring resize and was immediately turned down because I was told I'd blame him should it go wrong, this was before I even showed him the ring... he also accused me of buying the wrong size, despite the fact it was vintage and only came in one size.
I cannot say about the quality of work, but I found the standoffish manner unhelpful.

The owner is very friendly and skilful,I’m happily with the service I’ve received.

Have known and dealt with Dave for many years, always very professional and fair.
