Jago Jewellers St Albans

Had my engagement and wedding bands resized here, after all the other high street and one independent jeweller said that the rings would be difficult to resize due to the diamonds on the shoulders. Really pleased with the service. The staff were friendly and replied to my emails promptly. The rings came back looking brand new! 100% would recommend.

This place advertises as a watch repair shop with a list of services including strap repair and battery replacement. I took my watch to simply get some links taken out. The very rude condescending man who I clearly didn’t look rich enough for him, took one look at me and said they don’t do that. Only for watches purchased at their shop? Doesn’t seem to make sense considering you are a watch repair shop.

Went into Jago with a large bag of jewellery - some gold and other old stuff - Ian was ultra helpful and friendly - gave good advice on quality and value of all items

I have been visiting Jago for many years and have always received excellent service. They are an old style jewellers, looking after watches and carrying out repairs, with a modern edge, with their jewellery collections. The staff are always friendly and professional.

Jago is one of my favourite shops in St Albans, both for its beautiful vintage jewellery, and also their willingness to craft bespoke pieces.
Shopping at Jago is a delight from start to finish, particularly since Lembi is so knowledgeable, and always able to answer any of my questions. She is utterly professional, and it's wonderful to witness someone who goes about her job so enthusiastically. She always tries to source vintage pieces if they don't have something suitable in stock.

Very professional and reasonable. Lembi cleaned my diamond wedding and engagement rings and make them look amazing again. They were also able to resize my husband's wedding ring and did a great job. Thank you

David and Kaci served me when I came in. I found Jago to be a relaxed environment with knowledgeable staff. Clearly well established as it's been on the high Street for over 30 years. The range is vast, from baby keep sakes, hoop earrings to beautiful diamonds! I'll definitely be going back to this independent jewellers.
