What a dreadful jewellers and most awful post-sales customer service. Avoid at all costs. Very nice people when you are buying from them but my ring got damaged when sent off for repair by them. Couldn't wear it because it was too big, came back from repair with scratches and looked to be second hand (don't even know if it was the same ring it was so badly scratched) All they said was that the scratches were on there when it was sent off. Yet they got me to sign a receipt describing the ring (even included the weight of it) surely if there were scratches all over it they would have noted that on the paperwork they asked me to sign. Now they say they're doing nothing about it. So we're going through the office of fair trading and court after that. If they do come up trumps and offer to resolve it - I'll update this review!

Went in here to pawn some 18k gold that weighed 31g. He offered me £200. Spot price was £30 a gram and after I told him this he was rude to me. Popped up road to cash converters and got £605.
What an awful place to go. I feel for the poor or old who go here to sell their gold. I confronted him about the £405 difference in valuations and was met with a nasty response.
