They DO NOT give you CASH refunds at all! They will only give you store credit. Please throughly check your purchase in store when purchasing, as any defects are hard to exchange. I paid £40 for a bracelet and when three weeks later the clasp broke, the woman I spoke to said there was nothing wrong with it.

A lady who worked here was the one who was gift packing a gold earing for mothers day. However she threw them in the box. If we didn't check it, today, the person receiving the gift would have had an earring fallen out of the box.

There is also £3.50 charge for the gift box. If you charge it. Do it right at least.

Dissapointing. Make sure you watch them pack the jewellery you buy, otherwise it might scratched or even lost.

Nice clean, polite and happy staff, we were only looking in the window at the prices of the lovely jewellery that is very well displayed and gleaming under the lights in the window.

Poor service. Appears well staffed but left an inexperienced staff member on without appropriate assistance…A couple of gentlemen came in and made an enquiry she was unable to help probably seemed unwilling they were not to know it was because she was new..they walked away saying how unhelpful she was.. then said staff member came to assist me..mid sentence another client asked her a question and she left me to attend to this other potential client …I was standing there gobsmacked and waiting until someone else finally turned up to assist. When the original staff member returned..I told her that the usual practice would be to finish dealing with one customer first..her colleagues who had now reappeared from the back room jumped to her defence with the statement “ It’s only her 2nd day “ and told the new staff member in front of me while patting her shoulder ..not to worry about it!
2 potential clients lost in a short space due to poor service. Thankfully no reason to return there. Really rude..
