Superb service spent a Saturday morning looking at rings. I am delighted with my choice I'd like to thank Katrina for being so kind and patient. She is very knowledgeable and I'm sure we went over her time but she never rushed us. Would recommend Laings to anyone looking for a quality ring with quality service. Thank you

Two years ago Laings in Southampton sold me two Rolexes to the value of £40k. I also introduced them to a high profile TV celebrity who they did business with.

Since then the communication and love has been non existent. They seem to sell these watches to people who want to profiteer rather than genuine customers. 

Their manner is very cold and stuck up at best, and they have no interest in creating a meaningful relationship. 

I still have both my watches, yet have been accused of selling them ! Rather than act like nice human beings after spending £40k with them, they send a vile email to me ! It’s also interesting in the email content the manager Andrew has broken GDPR regulations and misused information. Which means this company and its staff cannot be trusted with your personal information.

There’s no doubt this AD is confused. Andrew the Manager is never there and refuses to take calls as he’s too busy running his Keep Fit Business and Miriam only sells watches to favoured customers no doubt influencing the decisions. 

As Southampton is a small place I’ve lost count of the number of watches I’ve been offered by their customers trying to make fast profits.

Hilarious as Miriam makes you sign a contract saying you can’t sell the watch for three years although this is meaningless but makes her feel important for five minutes ! 

I invited them to come to my home and view my watch collection, but alas they are not interested.

 Sad, poorly educated Shop Assistants who are all employees not owners, trying to play god, possibly with ideas of power being influenced by gift vouchers and incentives to supply watches to the wrong customers in my opinion.

I suspect they will be next on the Rolex AD chopping board, they certainly deserve to lose this brand.

I recently had my Rolex serviced at Laings due to a bad accident which involved it getting broken and needing extensive repairs.
The staff there were all very welcoming and it made my bad situation slightly better knowing my watch was in capable hands to be mended.
The watch arrived back in store before the estimated date they gave me and it was looking brand new again! It also came with a very nice leather service travel pouch which was a lovely surprise!
I was so impressed by the service I received at Laings and I look forward to carry on using them for the future.

I would never go back to Goldsmiths or any other high street jeweller - they are now a distant memory since discovering Laings a number of years ago. The service and products offered at Laings is consistently a good few levels above all other jewellers that I have visited over my lifetime. Just wish we discovered Laings sooner. Miriam at the Southampton store is a true gem! Goes above and beyond. We always go back to her because she is the best of the best.

I have yet to purchase a watch from Laings Southampton but I did visit to discuss a future purchase and to establish a positive relationship with the guys there. I met Jake the in house Rolex expert and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience discussing our watch collections and watches in general. All the staff were extremely welcoming and professional, especially Jake, who allowed me the pleasure to try on some wonderful watches.

As soon as the particular watch I'm after is made available I shall be returning to make the purchase and thoroughly look forward to it, adding another grail watch to my current collection of Omega and Rolex.

I also look forwards to continuing developing a great relationship with Laings as there are a number of other watches on my list to buy and my current collection to maintain with manufacturer servicing (that Laings oversee on the customer's behalf).

What an amazing experience we have received every time we have visited the Laings Southampton Store during the last four years. From the minute you enter the store you are made to feel welcome and like you are visiting your family Jewellers.
We are so fortunate that the staff all have a wealth of knowledge and expertise and are happy to share that and advise you in a very professional and yet relaxed environment. The range of products and quality are exceptionally good.
They take the time to build a relationship with you as the person first, it is not just a high street jewellery store it is so much more. They never rush you and let you take your time, nothing is every too much trouble for them.
The whole experience is something you will never forget and so special that it makes your purchase even more of a celebration of your special occasion.
Sometimes the store can be very busy especially on weekends and holidays, so we would always book an appointment so that we are not disappointed when arriving at the store and can always ensure that we have the time with the staff that we wanted to speak with.

We went here for a friend to see if we could have some ear rings repaired . We were met pleasantly and professionally. Even though they were not able to help us they suggested other options and also helped on another unrelated matter. Very impressed.

Registered for a watch in September for my husband's birthday was made aware they couldn't guarantee the time it would be in, so was delighted to receive a call on my husband's birthday to say it was in. When we went in to the jewellers, the watch was in a display cabinet with a happy birthday message and a bottle of champagne. The service we received from Myriam was fist class, I was well looked after during the time waiting as I asked several questions which were all responded back in a lovely manner. Picking up the watch Myriam spent time with my husband going through the watch whilst I made the payment with Andy who registered the watch. Andy was the person who phoned me to say the watch was in, and was a star as I was so excited. Overall a 5* experience and highly recommended.
