Nice selection of silver bits in the windows. Usual mix of watches, rings, necklaces n bracelets. Reasonably priced n well displayed. U need to take note of the number n location then relay that info to the servers, as there is nothing on display inside. Informative assistants makes a good shopping experience.

Purchased a pair of sterling silver earrings less than month ago. Tried to return/exchange as one of the clasps didn't close properly. The sales assistant insisted that the earrings were functioning and had been demonstrated at the of purchase (which it wasn't). She disappeared out the back and reappeared insisting they were 'mended'. As their policy is that earrings are non-returnable. It is now 3 weeks since the purchase and unsurprisingly one of the earrings is now damaged having fallen out because of the faulty clasp. Needless to say this company will not benefit from my custom again neither would I recommend them to anyone

This shop always closes before time today I run from work to get to it before 5:30 to get there at 4:45 and the shop was already closed that’s a joke 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

So I have checked on Google before going to get the gift I wanted to buy from walthamstow warren james.
To found out that the place is closed. Shop was meant to be closed for 17.00 today. ... meant to be open today ! Rang customer service no answer. Rang Wood Green store to be told to call walthamstow store again.
Had to explain to the staff member on the phone that I have already Rang and won't call again to a shop that is closed and has no one to answer the phone.
I have chosen a gift that was perfect for a birthday.
I completely can't believe I've been told to call the store that is closed even that I told her before hand.
Disappointing.

Second day turning up to buy a present and unfortunately second day shop closed before 5.30. yesterday on 27.09.2021 shop was closed at 5pm. Today l, on 28.09.2022 I turned straight away from.work. Ladies were shutting the fence at 4.30 pm when on the site it says 5.30. I'm really annoyed and frustrated. This is ridiculous

Adele has been exceptional and went above and beyond today helping me pick up a present for my friend and also to find my ring sizes! She took her time and even though I walked in the shop as the store was closing she and her coworker both stayed over their schedule to help me ! Thank you so much Adele, and also to your coworker , I didn’t catch her name , you’re both absolutely lovely !
