I bought a lovely bracelet and ring from the East ham branch. The staff were very warm and welcoming with excellent customer service. I will be definitely going back there. I would recommend to a friend.

Bubbly staff and found what I want after going to so many jewellery shops. I'm a very picky customer and they took time to show me everything even though they were busy. Definitely will be back

I was yesterday to buy a gift for my husband, the boss and the blonde girl help me a lot to decided. They was very polite with me, All the gold is from this shop. I love this shop🥰🥰 Murat and Ana i think are them names. When you go, ask for them. They will help you a lot 100%🥰

They are racist and very bad .
The staff was previoulsy there wasn't like this
I will never buy from them anymore .
The girl was romanian and I was there 2 times , 2 times she spoke english with me , this time my husband tried to explain what chain he want's and she left him to struggle with his english .
After I hear her speaking with someone else romanian and when I tell her she is telling me that I never asked her which language she speak for me to say something now .
After she said bye to me in a very ironic way just to get rid of us .
The guy there seems angry when you just step in the shop .
When you buy expensive stuff you don't expect this tyoe of things .
The girl is terrible .
I don't know who hire her and now if she work there why you don't explain her how to treat people?

I live this shop, All the staff are amazing, I love this shop! Especially the Romanian lady , Ana I think is her name, was very nice and help me to find my perfect ring.

I’m customer with this shop since they open the store and honestly it’s the best shop ever and staff it’s very welcomed and they treat you with respect and plus this if you don’t speak English it’s a very nice Romania lady and she is always there to help you

Attended this shop last week and the shop assistant/owner was so helpful and kind. They are not forceful like some shops you go into.I ended up purchasing a necklace.
