Poor customer service, staff simply stood around when I entered and were very stand-offish and reluctant to help. The quality of the jewellery is terrible, in fact my skin reacted to their so—called silver and my piercing hole was almost destroyed. The jewellery was tarnishing in my ear, and nose within a few days and was informed by a piercer that if I didn’t remove it I would have a severe infection. It is disgusting quality, becareful.

My wife is a big fan, and this makes birthday/Christmas/valentine's Day shopping easy for me, and the staff are so helpful, it's always a pleasure to shop here. It's surprising how many items they stock compared to other jewelers, however, here is always my first stop, and I always come out with a successful purchase to light up the eyes of the one I love.
