Went to Gregory and Co to get a piece of jewelry fixed. The staff were incredibly helpful and lovely and the turn around time was fantastic. Really recommend!

Family run local jewellers. Superb customer service, very attentive on our requirements. Managed to source some diamonds for my wife to view before we decided to purchase the ring. Made on site and we couldn’t be happier with the ring. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Staff are very friendly and nice. I needed a necklace fixing as the chain had broken. I took it in Friday afternoon and it was ready for me to collect the next day on Saturday afternoon and it was fixed to a very high standard, its a old necklace and they even cleaned it, so I got it back all nice and shiny like new. The price of repair was the same price as other shops had quoted to me but other shops had said 2 to 4 weeks wait time. This shop only took less than a day to fix the necklace.
If you want a really professional and good genuine jewellery store then this is the one to go to.
I went dressed in my jogging bottoms and a t shirt and trainers. so did not look my best, but they treated me so nice. A lot of shops when they see you dressed like that they treat you different, but this shop treated me with great customer care and service.
They are amazing. I would give them more than 5 stars, but 5 is the maximum allowed on here.
I would 100% go here or recommend them to anyone needing a jewellers shop.

Charming local jeweller with really good selection (Gregory also makes & repairs). Got a pair of earrings from here over 20 years ago but one of the back got broken. Took them back to see if anything can be done, but couldn’t stay long (as living far away from here now just in the area briefly), decided to have replacement instead of repair. The two ladies were so nice & helpful, just like the good old days. The area has changed a bit over the years, so good to see Gregory’s remained the same, the place to go for all your jewellery.

Our second visit to this delightful shop was to find a silver chain on which to attach an old coin. With friendly and helpful advice we chose one handmade by the owner (it's exquisite) and the whole piece was assembled and ready to collect in 3 days. All in all, a lovely experience.

An incredible family owned business. The staff are very knowledgable, efficient and welcoming. They have helped our family design custom jewellery for several important life moments. Including our engagement and wedding bands. As someone who had very little experience with jewellery, their team were extremely helpful and patient explaining the differences in diamonds, sizings and the design process.
