Glyn Jewellers bespoke made our engagement ring from our own sapphire and advised on the gold and diamonds and the result was truly special. We then asked them to bespoke the wedding rings including engraving and the result has been equally stunning. The service has been unfailingly attentive and we have been made to feel special.

Unbelievable service, sent my out of warranty Cartier watch to be serviced, cleaned/polished and have the clasp repaired. Glynn was so quick and efficient and had the watch back to me within 2 weeks.. Cartier quoted me 4 months!! My watch is like brand new, not a single scratch is left, it’s like brand new again.. never been happier. Will recommend Glynn to everyone and anyone!

Glyn Griffiths created a beautiful diamond ring for my special birthday. Glyn Jnr took time to understand what I was looking for and although didn't have in store exactly what I wanted we could use other rings to determine the finer details of what I was looking for, band width, diamond size, number of diamonds etc. I was given plenty of time to make the right decisions for me - this included several visits to the store and I never felt under any pressure. My ring was made and I am delighted with the result - it really is beautiful!! Glyn Griffiths is my "go to" jeweller in Harpenden and I have purchased many gifts from them, everything from earrings to photo frames to engraved key rings. I have also had jewellery cleaned by them and it came back like new!!! Their service and communication is always excellent.

My partner and I have visited Glyn Griffiths Jewellers on several occasions now. They are a fantastic family-run business who go above and beyond to accommodate any requests. They have resized both our engagement rings and cleaned them with the upmost care and attention. The rings came back with such a sparkle! They have also fixed a tiny gold change necklace and managed to remove an incredibly tight knot!

It is the only jewellers we feel comfortable leaving our sentimental jewellery with, knowing they will take exceptional care of it and return it in a perfect condition.

Fantastic improvement to an already beautiful necklace
I was gifted a beautiful necklace, sourced from Glyn Griffiths. However, I prefer yellow gold to white gold. I approached them about changing the bails to yellow gold, and widening them so the necklace would sit better with my preferred chain. I was offered many different moulds and together with the jeweller we picked new bails that would suit my needs. I’m so pleased with the end result, the necklace is now perfect and the service I received was perfect too. A fantastic local firm providing a personalised service.

Really unhappy with so called repairs. Took 2 silver bracelets in to have the clasps replaced, neither were soldered on, so can't see how they are secure. They wanted an extra £40 on top of the £35 I had already paid. Extortionate cost. I do not recommend.

So much for quality .......5 months later, this is one of the clasps. Absolute rubbish.
