Fantastic service. I had a problem with my wedding and engagement ring that no other jeweller I had visited could resolve without me having to buy another ring or totally alter my ring, which I didn't want to do for sentimental reasons. He came up with a solution that I was so happy with and worked with me showing me the process to ensure I was happy with it. Did it all quickly and efficiently same day, while I waited. Helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be going back there in future.

What a great guy, we was off on our travels and wanted a St.Christopher repaired, also my nans wedding ring needed to be fixed, we said that wasn't too important but would like the St.Christopher back as quickly as possible. He said he could repair it within 2 hours - awesome. We returned to find he had repaired the St.Christopher and the wedding ring and polished and cleaned them.. Wow!!! What great service. I will always recommend these guys. 100%
Thank you to Stewart's Jewellery

It is not a shop I go to regularly but on the two occasions I went it was to replace a battery in my watch and also to reposition the back of my watch. The service was very quick and straight forward. The only reason I have given 4* is because the tool they use to replace a battery I decided to buy for myself as I am a person who loves watches. And to pay someone £2-£3 a time to replace a battery for all the watches I have it works out cheaper if I do it myself. I hasten to add they do provide a good service and they do sell beautiful jewellery. A nice business to do business with.

Stewart did an amazing job repairing my wife’s St Christopher (previously her Grandfather’s) and giving it a long overdue clean. My Wife was over the moon with the result, it looked brand new 😊 We then went on to ask Stewart to make a replica of the same St Christopher for our son, the finished product was absolutely perfect (so good it was hard to tell them apart). Stewart is a real Gent, prices were very reasonable, and he stayed in constant contact throughout. I’d highly recommend Stewart for all your Jewellery needs. Thank You

Great to find a proper jeweller that I can trust my family pieces to. SO important that I know the items are in safe hands and not shipped around the place to be restored to their finest again - Many thanks for the fine work and speed at which you helped on one item (passing an heirloom on for my daughters 21st she loves it :)

I had my engagement ring resized by Stewart, and I'm very glad I trusted him with something this important. I asked him how quickly he'd be able to do the resizing as many other places I contacted said a minimum of 2 weeks. Stewart said he would try to get it done within the week, and I am so impressed that he came through on that promise - I dropped it off on a Monday, and it was ready for pick up by that Friday. I'm particularly impressed because he had to increase it by 6 sizes! The work done is fantastic and I would highly recommend.

My wife’s both Engagement and wedding rings ( white gold) turned a bit yellowish and also loads of wear marks so decided to bring them to this place. The result is WOW, they look like brand new, literally, my wife is thrilled. Thank you so much for such lovely service!

The shop staff were very polite.
However, I came in about a repair on a piece of jewellery, and the repairer was quite rude.
Rather than tell me that he wasn’t capable of repairing it, he went on to tell me how cheap it was and that it was hollow. The item was a solid gold earring bought from Liberty of London. It had a small hairline crack in a joint.
I’m sure they are a wonderful shop for watch straps and batteries; however as a repairer of intricate Instruments myself it was deeply saddening to be treated like an idiot and to be insulted

I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to do so on this occasion
