Very bad service. Dont bother going if you dont have an appointment. Not accommodating to customers at all!

Spent several thousand pounds on gold bracelets here over the years, wanted to spend the insurance payout when it was all stolen but "No sorry, you can't come and look, only buy" ... zero customer service, avoid like the plague.

Bad quality stuff
Diomand falled down from ring within 10 days and they not take responsibility.
Staff very roud.

Avoid avoid Went there i could see no one was inside and ring the number the had on the door and lady picks up and telling me we are fully booked. I will never even try going there again stupid service. Two ladies standing there and doing nothing and telling me they are fully booked.

Been at Abi Diamond last weekend as I was looking for a gold necklace to buy. Very disappointed by the lack of customer service.

A lady called Mary would not let me in the shop, as I was not fitting the profile of their 'regular customers'. Been left outside the shop waiting without even explaining why she would not let me in the shop.

She left other customers queuing behind me to enter the shop, whilst making signs to them not to let me enter... when I have questioned why she mentioned you need an appointment, however, clearly the people queuing behind me did not have an appointment as I have asked them. When questioned the lady told me that I was not their regular customer so I cannot enter their shop.

Very rude and very disappointed by this shop - it should specifically say that they do not accept customers that are not part of their community.
