Overpriced wedding gold and ripped us off, like the clothes we got. Sold us a fake 24ct stud, when I took it to pawn shop, told us it's a fake, no gold, got in to a fight and got money back

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! If there was a minus rating they don’t deserve that even. The WORST shop in Turnpike Lane. AVOID at all cost!!! Bought a ring, but they didn’t solder the link properly. Within 2 uses, less than 2 months the ring split. I went to the shop and was trying to change the ring which was £10 difference from the one purchased. The shop owner tried to sell it for £70 more!! There’s no guarantee, they need to have some ofcom to these gold shops. Absolute THIEVES…honestly I hope the business goes downhill. Left with a broken ring

Worst jewellery shop in London. They sold 2 in 1 ring to me for more then £500 within 2 weeks the diamond on the ring spilt and I went back to get it fixed the uncle says they can’t fix it and have no other option but to sell it. They paid me £200 when I bought it from them for £500 less 2 weeks ago. Plus they said they can’t give me cash it has to be something I buy from their shop. Disgusting service

The Aunt that works there has no patience at all! She was out of line and simply, completely rude the entire time when picking out jewellery for my mum’s birthday. She had no compassion when we told her that we wanted to select the best gift for our Mother. Not only that she judged our character! We will never buy anything from this store again.

Worst service ever. I have never been so appalled by a persons mood when buying anything in my life. I am outraged that I was accused of pulling something when trying to buy jewellery for my Mothers birthday. The lady that works there really ruined what should have been a great memory with the way she conducted herself. You have lost valuable customers with my family.

Absolutely disgusting customer service and horrible human beings. Anything for a quick buck. You should honestly be ashamed of yourselves. What comes around goes around and obviously by some of the reviews you can tell the character of the owners. Treatment of people they way you do doesn’t last long in your business.
