I needed a platinum diamond engagement ring resized,
I went to 5 different high Street jewellery shops prior to visiting Whichcraft, who all said it couldn't be done.
First they correctly measured up finger size giving advice and assurance.
They looked at the ring and said, not a problem. They didn't hesitate at all..
I thought it would take weeks, but they said a couple hours at most and he started on it straight away (only as we'd phoned ahead)
We went to the pub opposite for lunch and less than 2 hours later to our delight the ring was ready.

We honestly couldn't have been more impressed with the work carried out, especially from what we'd been told from other jewellers.

From the minute you walk in the amazing shop you get personal treatment, it's like you've known them for years.
There is absolutely no pressure selling they literally want to make you happy.

This was real workmanship here, with over 30+ years experience and you can really see in the detail.

I am now in the good books as the engagement ring fits perfectly and she is so happy with it, I am so happy as I bought her it so small in the first place place.

I cannot recommend you visit here for repairs and to buy, they have a vast array of different jewellery you won't find on the high street and definitely cheaper than the high Street.
We will definitely be back to buy our wedding rings and any future jewellery, I'm very impressed. To note, I am very picky...

I love the look of this shop, but I've tried several times to get in and buy a ring, but they're shut or, twice now, you wait outside for so long you have to give up, such a shame, it looks great.
Been in now, LOVE LOVE LOVE!
