Rip off merchants. Took advantage of my dying Father. He went in and bought a ring from them and paid over £5000. We had the ring valued after he died at less than £2000. Avoid.

Nice little shop bit pricy. didn't find it very welcoming at all the woman serving seems quite abrupt and rude I actually felt uncomfortable and left. partner had some engraving done and feel not so amazing for the price.
I wouldn't use but everyone is different and of different opinions

I got the most beautiful engagement ring at Truscott. The staff were wonderfully kind and attentive. They didn't rush my decision making and in fact encouraged me to look elsewhere to make sure that the ring I wanted was the one! They were able to change the ring to fit the measurements I needed and were so quick in the process.

Really good collection of rings, quality stones and good settings. Will adjust on the premises within the hour. We bought an aquamarine and diamond ring, great price and nice and relaxed even though we had our little girl with us. Highly recommend giving them a look, they have some second hand rings inside with quality stones that could easily be reset.
