Worst service ever. Took my watch to replace the battery, came back the following day, the watch was working but there was a big crack in the glass. after complaining to the shop owner (middle age white man) he started shouting and swearing asking to leave the shop. be very carful!

Terrific service and suitable selection of watches which we were looking for today.

Lovely shop and staff. Resized a ring for me recently and then yesterday were very helpful with a watch strap and battery. 10/10!

I would like to give my heartfelt thanks to the staff at Goldmine especially Debbie and David who went above and beyond to help me have some unique earrings made for my girlfriend. (Which turned out amazing by the way)
Its a lovely little shop where you are welcomed by Debbie's warm smile and helpful service. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for them

Excellent service. Went to replace watch battery and was told that the previous battery which was installed was too big. Hindering the movement of the timepiece. Gentleman kindly rectified the problem with no further ado. Lovely job and would highly recommend this business

I completely thrilled with my experience at Goldmine Ealing (Debbie)
On Monday I called the jewellers to see if they had any silver MUM rings.
The lovely lady said they had a couple, but I could pop in and if I found one, they could order it in for delivery the next day. I popped in the shop Tuesday and was given so much help and advice. Debbie called up to find what was in stock, she immediately ordered it. It was swiftly delivered by Wednesday.
I received a call to let me know it had arrived.
I will add that this was a last minute panic buy, I have been ill and left it too late.
This is a ring from my miracle grandaughter to my daughter, her mummy.
So it is very important. Goldmine went out of their way to help me, were completely lovely, and made me feel completely emotional. My daughter will love this when she gets it from her baby girl on her birthday.
