Me and a friend have experienced reluctance to even look at the item to be repaired; the young man wants his dad's business to go in the gutter!! He makes it obvious that he doesn't want any business from POC - what a daft business. No problem! There is a great jewellery repair centre a stone throw away, they are friendly to customers irrespective of the colour of their skin.

Terrible jewellers.
My wife went in to get her ring valued which we already knew what money it’s worth from the certificate.
The man behind the counter called it a ‘Argos ring’ and valued it 1/5 of the price

Daniel and his wife Chris were very helpful and showed me exactly what I was looking for. I purchased a beautiful unique silver bangle for my daughters 30th. Very reasonably priced and great quality.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for something special.

Visited Daniels in Bromley yesterday. I had an old broken locket belonging to my sister in laws recently deceased mum. They were so kind and helpful, cleaning and fixing the locket, then went above and beyond fitting new photos and perspex covers, making the locket look brand new. It will being some comfort to my sister in law at a painfully sad time. I cant thank you enough for your kindness and great workmanship

Christine has been amazing helping with recommendations on the right necklace, and also helped with picture advice, and installed them for a locket, for once I felt I wasn't being ripped off! She didn't recommend the most expensive just for the sale, lovely people here, would definitely come back! Thanks Christine 😊
