Have been visiting this place for years, being a resident of West Wickham. Really helpful staff, have had afew watches during this time fixed at reasonable prices, and in addition brought a couple items of jewellery for myself and family, including a beautiful silver bangle for myself that I had not seen anywhere else.
Would definitely recommend.

I've been going to Matthews Jewellers for some 14+ years now, and there is a reason for that loyalty, there is always a smile and a good conversation to be had. I've made purchases and I've been looked after here as well on price.

I won't go anywhere else for change of watch batteries or Jewellery repairs or alterations I've never been disappointed and always happy with end result.

Today I picked up my Rotary watch as the rubber strap had perished, Rotary no longer make the watch or the straps yet they not only found a suitable strap but changed over the fittings as well you can not be more professional than that, that is pride in their work.

Lovely, traditional jewellers, run by people who know what they are talking about. Very well informed, so if you need something special, or even made bespoke, go and talk to them, as they might just find it for you.

The staff were very helpful and polite. They were able to fix a problem with my ring without hesitation and no charge!! Happy days. I highly recommend this shop.

Always use Matthew's. So obliging for any repair job big or small. Willing to really listen to customers and go that extra mile. Beautiful jewellery in store, always so tempting!

I have recently had my wedding rings re-plated and they came back looking absolutely amazing. I also purchased a vintage watch and I found the staff very knowledge and helpful. Absolutely pleasure to be dealing with the team. Thank you 😀

My son and I had our batteries replaced in our watches and my son's watch had a detective minute hand straightened out at no extra cost!!
They were willing to keep the shop open for a couple minutes longer as my son's watch was sorted out!!
