My family have been using Berringtons for years... so when my now Fiance went and had my engagement ring made there it was a dream. And WOW I couldn't have imagined for anything better! The shape, the diamonds, it's just perfect! As it was slightly too big I took it in to be resized and I had it back with in one day and it now fits perfectly! I can't thank Garry enough for my perfect engagement ring! Thank you.

The best jewellers I have ever used hands down. I’ve used Berringtons a few times now and would never go anywhere else! Such friendly service, and really high quality work. I’ve had a ring resized, a repair and jewellery cleaned, and on the last occasion they didn’t even charge me for the silver dipping of my rings/earrings because it was a small job to them! I’m so grateful to have a such a friendly local business always happy to help. I’ve also recommended a friend to get a class replaced but they managed to fix the existing one, again with no charge. Just genuine lovely people.

I did have a problem with a ring from here but they went above and beyond to fix it for me! So happy with the service would really recommend this lovely independent local jewellers. Thank you!

Fantastic jewellers! Best in the area! Both Garry & Gaynor are such lovely people. Their service it’s outstanding. I explained what I was looking for, as I wanted to set a diamond into a ring setting, and literally within an hour I had a phone call to say to come in the following day, to look at something that they felt I would like. I have never seen such a beautiful setting as the one I chose. Garry even took the ring to be resized and reset and it was back with me within a couple of days.
He really is incredible the way he went above and beyond to get this ring especially the way I wanted! The attention to detail and the care is exceptional! A really lovely couple and I would never go anywhere else now. I have the most beautiful ring that was transformed, thanks to Gaynor and Garry listening to what I wanted and they made it happen! Thrilled to have found such a personal and first rate jewellers!

I just popped in to Berrringtons as my watch strap was broken. I assumed I'd need to buy a new strap, but the lovely lady just replaced the pin that was missing and didn't even charge me!! What wonderful service - I'd highly recommend them to anyone requiring a jeweller.

Friendly and efficient service. I have shopped there before and will do again, as I would rather spend my money with an independent, as opposed to a large chain.
