Can't recommend Babla's highly enough for their postal returns service. Ordered a postal kit that included protective box, return shipping bag (well insured) and instructions sheet, received next day.

Having posted the watch, got an email confirming receipt, followed by a more detailed message advising the service options. Having selected the preferred choice and followed the payment link, watch was returned "as good as new" the next business day.

Have used Babla's several times before for watch servicing and will continue to do so in the future.

Had a few batteries in watches changed here. Done on the spot and without damaging my items. Don’t need them to be waterproof so they just changed the battery and sealed the back in place.

Had a strap adjusted here too as mines was too big for my wrist. That again was fine on the spot.

Fast service and friendly staff.

Located on a busy High road. Parking would have to be done along the side roads.

I needed to replace my Casio watch strap that had broken. Babla's had a replacement in stock and were competitive on price (even with postage accounted for!). My replacement strap arrived quickly and I was then able to return my 'best' watch back to 'special occasions only' duty. Thank you Babla's. Recommended!

I needed a replacement strap for my skagen watch and though there are lots of web sites you don’t know if you’re actually getting the right one. Babla’s was the only one to ask for the serial No of my watch so I could be sure it was correct. It arrived the next day but then I didn’t know how to adjust the length. They very quickly gave me a link to a video which showed clearly what to do. What great service - thank you Babla’s.

Third time I've used Babla's - and once again the service has been excellent. A good, competitive price helps but the key thing is their reliability - always spot on. This time they even got my order to me 3 days sooner than expected despite the postal strike. Very impressed.

We wanted a battery replaced for my wife's Rado watch and the watch re-sealed to Rado standards a process that can take weeks from some sources.
We were able to schedule the appointment online and the work was completed within a 90 minute timeslot with the utmost care and professionalism.
The service at Babla's is second to none and was well worth the 4 hour round trip that we made to get to them.

Excellent service for a battery replacement of my Tissot Touch watch. I had originally sent it to Tissot who refused repair after keeping it for 6 weeks. But Babla’s were amazingly efficient and did the work in 90 min!

Excellent Tissot service centre. Arrived a little late for my pre-booked appointment, but accommodated with a smile by Niral. Located conveniently near Wembley Central Station. Service and battery replacements were completed within time agreed and agreed costs. Lots of shops and restaurants to pass your time. Was provided with quick usage guide and advice on how best to use my watch which I didn't familiarise myself with 20 years ago! Will definitely be back for further service and battery replacements as they use Genuine parts.
