Lovely well lit show room. Friendly service and reasonable prices. They offer free ring resizing and a lovely presentation box with jewlery purchases. I can't comment on after care so far, but an excellent buying experience!

His customer service is a standard that all shops should go by.
I got my mangalsutra designed with him and he was so good in keeping me up to date with how it is, when it’s arriving and making sure the correct hallmark is all there and ready for the product before I leave with it.
He’s such a nice and genuine person and am so happy with not only my mangalsutra but the customer satisfaction I left with on the day and during the process.

Great Jewellers, wide range of choices and designs, fantastic costumer service. I got my mangalsutra custom designed in rose gold, I've not come across any Jewellers on Ealing Road with this option.
Kapil was brilliant in keeping in the loop re: progress, delays, ETA etc. Reassuring that each piece is hallmarked and comes with an authenticity certificate.
Defo recommend a visit, it'll be difficult walking away empty handed.

Great service from Kapil, friendly and knowledgeable and beautiful shop with unhurried and relaxed atmosphere. Minimal pressure to make a purchase, but we walked away very happy with our jewellery!

So I have bought a ring from this place, got the ring very bespoked to the way I wanted it, they gave me a estimate of £2500 for the ring, as I thought this is just a estimate it could be much lower, as they don't no how much it will actually cost until it is made to know how much labour and gold to be used, my diamond was a vs1 0.5ct and was a gold ring. The ring came out perfect the way I wanted it, so great experience on how the ring looked. Very well done on that side, but I than went to another shop in kingsbury to show them the ring and asked how much the ring would cost if they made it like this exactly with the same diamond stone and everything, they gave me a quote of £1500, so before me evan telling them how much I actually paid, when I did tell them, the kingsbury shop owner said, its unfortunate but you have got ripped off, the kingsbury owner said he would have made the same ring exact with a band ring included for £2000. So inconclusion ovarjee they make lovely rings, but they rip you off with the pricing, if they would have charged me 1700 after hearing I have been ripped off, I would have said thats okay fine, but when in fact getting ripped off a whole £1000, thats really bad from a ring shop that wants to make a name, so 2 stars for making a good ring, but can't give 5 as they a ripping people off in theory, but this is only my opinion, and my mistake for not getting other prices and comparing, but learnt my lesson, compare prices before you buy.

Ofavjee Fine Jewels are a fabulous jewellery shop located in Wembley (Ealing road) with a variety of splendid options to pick from. The service was impeccable and everything was handled smoothly. We purchased a Mangalsutra for my fiancé and it looked amazing! Highly recommended!

It was so great to buy our wedding rings from odavjee jewels. they have super range of all wedding jewellery. Customer service was superb and so nice as we feel like family shop .
