We got our two wedding rings expanded. Mine went up several sizes as it appears the rings must have shrunk over the past 30 years. Service was friendly. The rings done ahead of expected time and have come back to us as shiny as the day I gave my soul away to the devil. Fantastic work at a cost of £90 for the two rings. We're delighted.

Been going there for 40 years. Lovely people. Competitively priced. Large range of good quality jewelry - priced low to high. They also do repairs, alterations and watch batteries.

Been in this shop often over the years. Recently been in many times. For advise. Selling. Buying and repairs. Staff great give 100% everytime. Feel comfortable. And advise is for customers benefit. Not their own. Highly recommend. Such a big selection too. .

Awful service, rude technician. Didn't even know if the watch was real or not! Which it is! So, i took my Breitling in for some links to be taken out. They had it for 5 days with a promise it would be done in 4. Wasting my time going there on that promised day to be told it will be another day! And that "I'll get round to it". Pick it up and noticed when I was home that one of the links wasn't done up properly and loose! Ridiculous service and quality! Will not be going back. Highly recommend to stay away from this shop!

Also, Breitling do it for free. So much for supporting local businesses.

Update: Breitling kindly replaced the whole watch today, in bluewater, as every link screw was cross threaded! and fell apart in the guys hands. FUMMING!!
If you can't do the job, don't do it! Simple as that! You can't thank Breitling for me not suing for the price of watch itself!

Partner took his breitling watch to this shop, not only did it take longer than expected for it to be altered, staff were rude and questioned the authenticity of the watch itself. Took it to breitling today to get it re altered properly as one of the screws were not put in properly and when it came out the watch fell to pieces as the screw was jammed so hard into the watch. Would not recommend taking your watches here.

Beautifully done engagment ring for a downsize but I actually find the staff really rude.

Had a fantastic experience with Emma and her team. I’m not a massive jewellery wearer but told Emma what I was looking for with regards to some earrings and she sent me photos of some that I would be interested in (this saved my husband choosing, and I knew what I was getting). I couldn’t recommend them enough. Highly professional, very understanding and quick to respond
