Staff and Manager can not do any more to help me in my request and always happy to help.

Received dreadful customer service when returning a bracelet which was clearly damaged. Told me I had caught it and damaged it. Totally insulted. I wouldn't dream of returning something I had damaged. I won't be shopping here again. So disappointed.

1 star is generous - if I could select 0 I would. Terrible customer service, shop assistant was very rude and had an attitude the moment we stepped through the door. Definitely would not buy from here not friendly, helpful or welcoming at all.
