Worst shopping experience I've ever had. Spend your time and money elsewhere. Seriously, if I could give no stars, I would.

Totally ridiculous staff I met today , she couldn’t even ready to hear what I was saying to sake of company policy. I Don’t understand why they treat their customers like they favouring us to serve us . If you guys gives us your service we paid for this to and if you guys treat your customers good you can see them more often . Am very disappointed today she couldn’t even listen what I want tell and explain .

To be honest the staff was so moody and aggressive. I didn’t really like the way she served the customer. She wasn’t polite and i never gonna go back there and spent my money with this services. Shame

Every single staff has attitudes in Coventry branch. Extremely rude ladies. I have no idea why this shop is still opened. I was shopping with my family, when we entered they made us wait along time, then treated us with disrespect and condescending tone ruined our whole day

Went in to spend some money. Customer service was poor and very little. Awful. Avoid!!!
