Avoid this jewellers if at all possible - never had such poor service in all my life. Ruined engraving when adjusting sizing on a wedding band and then refused to recitify their mistakes. You have been suitability warned if you do choose to use this cowboy outfit.

I received a great service when ordering an engagement ring, The owner helped us with the design and informed us of how long the ring would take to make. The ring was on time and is absolutely stunning. We will be back shortly to order our Wedding bands.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! Avoid like the plague! When I went to pick up a ring they had supposedly resized with extra gold I found a crack on the inside that had not been there before. The item had clearly been put on a mandrel and hit with a mallet by a complete amateur. No extra gold required. They shrugged this botched job off and said they would re-solder. They didn't do this properly. A much love piece of jewellery has been ruined.

If there’s ever any jewellery that needs mending or redesigning, this is the place to go. I had some very sentimental jewellery that I wanted combined to make a new ring. They were extremely helpful with the new design & completed the job beautifully. I have recommended them to everyone I know & any that have used them, has sung their praises too. Big thumbs up from me 👍🏼

They made my wedding ring 29 years ago and when I had a new engagement ring 25 years ago they made that for me too. They have fixed my bracelets. Made an extra earring when I lost a diamond stud. They have made a new neckless out of an old neckless just how I wanted it done. I have recommended them to all my friends. You will not find a better jewelleries. Excellent workmanship and excellent service
