I visited Blackwells in Gravesend High Street ages ago with my elderly father (sorry, I lost my Google log-in details🤦🏻)
We spoke to Sarah and she was a credit to the business. No BS, just good honest helpful advice regarding watch straps and batteries.
And she recommended another excellent local shop to have a look at an old pocket watch. Highly recommended, thank you!

James & all the team are incredible at what they do,really know their stuff & always go out their way to help you which is why we wouldn’t go anywhere else & we’ve been getting all our jewellery & watches from them for years now.
They designed my engagement ring from scratch which I absolutely love & all repairs & cleaning are a second to none service.

Amazing people work in here that actually do care about the product you want at your budget. They spent a whole norinh going through each ring for my proposal that weekend to make sure it was as special as the occasion.

I popped in to this Jewellery shop looking for a chain for my Grandsons 18th. The young lady was so kind and helpful with her assistance i brought a great one and my Grandson hasnt taken it off since i brought it.A chain of mine i had links taken off as i wanted to wear my Dads wedding ring around my neck ....i will go back their for my other 5 Grandsons chains as the service was 100 percent and so friendly
