The ladies at Mallett's have always been so helpful, kind and Knowledgeable when helping me choose jewellery, gifts and getting watches mended. It is really a wonderful store, with a large selection of gorgeous jewellery. Customer service is excellent, product knowledge amazing, and they always go the extra mile for you.

Jane was so sympathetic to my needs when my partner became ill. We eventually got married while he was still in ICU it was not until he was allowed home that I was able to have my wedding ring. The service was 2nd to none, thank you. Unfortunately my husband died after only 6 weeks following our marriage, but my ring remains a memory of a wonderful man taken too soon.

I had several rings repaired and size adjusted. A good price and the work was done well. The claw repair in particular was very good all cleaned and polished like new.

Took a citizen watch in for bracelet to be made smaller, picked up in a week’s time, perfect fit & a good price,have been in the store only 2 weeks ago getting a battery fitted to a ladies Cartier watch picked up later

Refused to serve me meant to be open till 1:30 but wouldn’t let me in at 1pm looking to spend 200 pound on a new chain but messed me about at the door won’t be returning.

Good quality jewellery and a good choice, very helpful. Would recommend to my friends.

Took 5 watches for new batteries today. Lady behind the counter was excellent. A very pleasant lady. I wad expecting to pay more than I actually did. Very good value for money. I have left another watch with them for repair. If all goes ad above I will be very happy. Highly recommended

Very good customer service helpful staff and honest they retrospectively gave me a thirty percent discount on an item, I purchased. I had not realised that I was supposed to have been given the discount. Maxine served me. I thank her for her honesty it is a rare quality these days.
