I went into the H Samuel at Gloucester Quays with my husband and met the wonderful staff there. After an accident 10 years ago left me disabled and in a wheelchair, I had gained weight and could no longer where my engagement ring. The Manager was so kind and understanding and she measured my finger and chose several rings for me to try on. We found the perfect ring that fit my personality and wedding ring. After 8 years of wearing no engagement ring with my wedding ring, I finally feel complete again.
Thank you so much to the Manager for your excellent service and thank you to the staff for helping me daughter who has social anxiety. A great store, with excellent customer service, I would highly recommend them.

The entire staff was great. But Claire, the manager, was really lovely. She made the entire visit worthwhile. My fiancé had been in store weeks back to get an engagement ring and she was very helpful to him in making his choice. Then, we wanted this exchanged for a bridal set. For every questions we had, Claire provided an answer, went over and beyond sharing ideas and inspiration. Explained every little detail including the value of insurance. We not only exchanged the ring for a bridal set, but also got my fiancé an engagement ring. Claire had a lot of positive energy and was genuinely interested in our conversations during the visit. This meant a lot. Customer service doesn’t get any better than this. I received an exceptionally great service. I am a happy bride and pleased customer. My fiancé is too. Will be coming back!
