Enjoyed the website, rang the store and then attended a consultation. From the moment I stepped in the door I knew I had chosen a professional, caring and creative team to make my engagement ring. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received and the most beautiful, bespoke ring they have produced for me. Thank you to all involved.

They were fantastic - walked in with no idea what sort of engagement ring I wanted, feeling overwhelmed, and left with a ring I adore. They were so helpful, friendly and hospitable - it made it really enjoyable. They even gave us a drink in the bar & a bottle of champagne to take away...I should get engaged more often...

The experience of buying jewellery from Titcombe was outstanding. Mark the manager is so friendly, thoughtful and informative. It is totally relaxed but the precautionary measures for coronavirus are second to none. The glass of champagne in their bar upstairs afterwards just made the whole experience fantastic. We will definitely be using them again for future purchases and wholly recommend them. Thank you.

Fantastic quality service. We had a bespoke engagement ring made to incorporate an Australian Opal with a Celtic theme. It is stunning, better than I had imagined. Customer service is excellent, good value for money and all completed within the set timescales. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service, I can't recommend this shop highly enough. I had a bespoke wedding band made and I'm delighted at what they have achieved. They kept me updated at every stage and nothing was too much trouble. I can't fault them. Just excellent

Just finished an afternoon at Titcombe’s, where Emma was a massive help picking out an engagement ring.

She was patient when walking us through the various styles and possible configurations, all without any pushiness. That being said Emma still have us some excellent advice and helped us make a decision.

Great to also meet and chat casually with the owner as well as the workshop staff, it shows they’re passionate and that you’re supporting a proper local business.

Price was also better value than Beaverbrooks which we found surprising!

I can’t thank the staff here enough for the help they gave me recently. After my boyfriend got my size wrong on my engagement ring (bought from a different store) especially Lynne she did everything she could to make sure I was happy. So friendly, welcoming and kind. I finally can wear my engagement ring.

My experience of using this store is awful. My engagement ring diamond fell out 3x - I was told given I had young children I was probably clapping too much or doing too much washing up! I could go on my experience was not great. They never did sort it out for me. I would not recommend
