I purchased a Citizen Eco-Drive, which is quite a complicated watch to set up. After trying several times myself I went into PR Jones and the gentleman said straight away that he thought he knew what the problem was and how to fix it. Within half an hour it was sorted.
For me it was quite frustrating, so for them to sort it so quickly was fantastic.
I also received the same excellent service last time I used them.
I would highly recommend them to any one.
Thank you so much.

BELOW.
STILL SAY I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD IT DONE IF FULLY EXPLAINED I WOULD LOOSE THE EQUIVALENT GOLD OF ONE RING AND IT CAME BACK NOTHING LIKE I ASKED FOR.
CANT GET USED TO THE DIFFERENCE IN APPEARANCE.
Very disappointed with the service we received. Manager not very knowledgable on certains aspects of jewellery making.
My wife wanted her 50 year old wedding ring and her late mothers ring melted down and made into one. Seemingly a manager should explain the procedure and possible weight loss before having it done. This was not done. Very upset when it was done it has lost 28% of the weight and it is now 7.2gms (my wifes alone was 7.1gms )
Also she wanted was a plain gold band, style and width as her own ring, 4.5mm it came back 4.0mm.
Macclesfield branch offered to rectify it with some spare 22ct gold, needless to say we refused because it was not our original gold and we had lost our trust in them.
They refunded the £150 we paid to have a job done that my wife is heartbroken about and will never get over.
IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER!
Phil and Michael
PRJones,
We totally disagree with your response to our review.
No, you did not tell us at Macclesfield or Phil at Nantwich that we would loose a third of the sentimental gold when we had the two rings put into one, just a 100% promise that our own gold would be used . What was 10 gr, came back 7.1 gr also the width should have been 4.5mm( as my original ring) this was arranged with Phil, it came back 4.0mm its a constant daily reminder of what is wrong.
The NAJ told us after you had made a complete mess of the situation, because we complaind to them asking for advice on what you had done. We believe the NAJ are the jewe!lers union judging from their respose.
How much impurities can you get from two 22 ct gold rings its practcally 24 ct.
Phil did mention that he thought there should have been a small bag containg the filings and cut offs when shaping the new ring, this did not happen.
You have lost the whole point of doing this, that was to have my late mothers ring put into mine and you failed.
Whats the point of having other peoples gold? also we are not sure we have the sentimental gold back we gave you.
I think you you need to up your game, very poor service and advice.
