Took my new (3 weeks old diamond ring from F Hinds and did not want to know or help) as diamond had fallen out , Oonagh talked me trough the repair process and gave a fixed price and said it would take 2 - 3 weeks, the ring was ready within two weeks. It was a fantastic services and will definitely use them again.

Super service - very friendly and knowledgeable staff who were able to very helpfully accommodate a fast ring re-sizing (which is done on site and takes away any stress of a ring being transported elsewhere).
