Emma was recommended to me by a close friend as he had previously bought an engagement ring from her. Emma was so supportive with helping me decide what type of engagement ring buy. She spent a lot of time explaining the various options of bands and diamonds from her repertoire, as to what the best option was for my Fiancée. As a result of her excellent customer service, I subsequently purchased my wedding rings from her as well. Emma made my beautiful platinum VS2, D, colourless, Brilliant Oval cut diamond engagement ring and I honestly get SO MANY COMPLIMENTS about it! Not only that but Emma is just a wonderful human to work with, incredibly professional and discreet (I had no idea she was coming over to my flat when I was out to meet and design my ring with my now fiancé!). Emma is also super quick to respond to emails and text messages. When I first got my ring I shut my hand in a door TWICE and dislodged the diamond, Emma swiftly came to my rescue and reset it for me no problem.
We've also got our wedding rings from Emma which we love just as much and also had these engraved by her. She gives fantastic styling advice if you are totally unsure of what to go for, even down to what metal to use passed on your skin tone! Amazing, couldn't recommend her more :)

I have been using decadent diamonds for the past 5-6 years now, my first piece of jewellery was the engagement ring for my wife, I went to Emma with a set plan of what I wanted and after being talked through all the different options and other suggested styles, I completely flipped my decision with Emma’s help, my now wife was equally surprised at the choice and had pictured something different for when that time came, however fell instantly in love with it and knew it was perfect, she just wouldn’t have thought of that style...Emma had not met my wife at that stage, yet was able to gauge her personality and taste by asking me the right questions and guiding me to make a choice that still makes my wife smile to this day!
It’s what she does! Emma has a great sense of what is right for you/the person you’re buying for. She repeated this for our wedding rings, earrings and most recently my wife’s eternity ring, which again we ‘knew what we wanted’ yet ended up with something more unique, special and suited to my wife’s taste.

We were recommended to Emma by our son and daughter in law for whom she had made beautiful wedding rings. I was looking for a bespoke gold bangle for my wife’s birthday which was to be hand made from her late mum’s old gold jewellery.

Emma and Nick spent time with us creating a drawing of the bangle and then proceeded to make the most wonderful bangle, just like the drawing
