After recently getting engaged, I asked Alex to re-size my fiancee's engagement ring as I had bought it a size too big. Alex was extremely welcoming when went to see him and we felt more than confident that he was the right man for the job!

When going collect the ring only a few days later, we were amazed at the quality of his craftsmanship. We won't hesitate to come back if we need anything doing in the future.

We also felt very safe in his shop given the current times.

After being recommended we go to Alex, we took my engagement ring to be resized. Alex was just brilliant. So professional and so helpful trying to work out the right size to take the ring down too. Alex understood exactly what needed to be done to reset the stone in my ring and he did the work within a couple of days to a very high standard. Visiting the area over Christmas, I passed Greenwood Goldsmiths on Boxing Day and saw some lovely stud earrings in the window. Once home, I Googled, ordered the studs and am very happy with my purchase. Whole process was very easy and has given a lovely memory to my visit to the area. Thank you.

Alex tightened up a loose diamond in my engagement ring and polished it all up. He was quick, efficient, and returned my ring like it was brand new. He even polished up my wedding ring so that it matched the sparkly newness of my freshly repaired engagement ring. I had a chance to look at all the great jewellery he’s made in his shop, beautiful and very competitively priced. I’m going to be looking for gifts in there in the future. Very happy to have discovered this wonderful jeweller on my doorstep.
