What a gem of a find. Really brilliant staff, where nothing seems too much trouble to assist. Good repair quality and equally fair pricing. Honest ladies without any flannel. Will now be my first port of call .

I visited Tamworth Jewellers to get a watch link taken out and to get the watch cleaned. The jeweller was serving a gentleman when I walked in and I was blown away by how patient and compassionate she was with the customer. When it was my turn she was very helpful and offered to do the work straight away if I was happy to wait. She immediately spotted that the watch was not working and said she would check the battery before I incurred any other costs. Thankfully that's all it was. The price was very reasonable and the work was done to an excellent standard within half an hour. I was very happy, especially as a high street jeweller nearby was going to send the watch away to their workshop, and it would have taken 5 weeks! I will gladly use Tamworth Jewellers again. I'm very impressed.
