I needed my engagement ring repaired after I had damaged it, a new band was needed. The repairs were excellent quality and completed much sooner than expected. Friendly service and reasonably priced.

Gave some rungs to be repaired, have not picked up yet however Gina was so helpful, explained everything. My bracelet had an open link which was closed free of charge. I'm looking forward to collect my jewellery but the curtesy and knowledge demonstrated was excellent. Thank you.

I left my pendant in for repair as the stone had fallen out and this lovely business reset & cleaned it up beautifully - free of charge! Extremely grateful for the wonderful service and my 25yr old pendant looks like new. Would highly recommend.

Recently visited the UK from overseas and was looking for a special ring for the wife's 50th BDAY. We found exactly what we were looking for and the lady serving us was extremely helpful. This place came as as recommendation from family and we will be back!

Having used Bradley’s Dartford for the last 20 years - buying items, jewellery repairs, new batteries for old watches. I just wanted to give them a 5 star review. They are always professional, attentive & reasonable. Just last week they repaired my fob watch, having stupidly put it through the washing machine. Not only did they do this in a speedy manor they did this at no cost. Thank you so much Bradley’s. You really are a lovely team of people.

Feel sorry for the staff.... the so called boss was rude and arrogant. Called in to see if my late mother's wedding ring could be stretched slightly so I could wear on my small finger..... showed no interest as not enough profit in it for him.

Took a gold item in for repair, was greeted by friendly staff,was given a on the spot price (many jewellers send away and contact you when they have been informed of cost) which I was happy with.
I received a text in days to say my chain was ready to collect.
I will be recommending this shop to family and friends for purchasing and repair, something I don’t do lightly.

Consistent quality customer service. The Dartford team always go the extra mile to help. Also they will order items for you e.g silver earrings, watch strap etc. I paid £19 in Bluewater to have battery replaced..here it's the cost of the battery only.(£9.50 for mine) A jewel in our high street 😀
