Lost our enquiry and gave very confusing information.

Eventually we spoke with an area manager who resolved all our issues entirely. Two weeks later the item in question has been delivered and everything is perfect.

Ordered a watch online to be delivered to the store which they couldn't find when I went to collect along with a necklace that was reserved, neither could be found by the salesman and another order was placed! I had to go back on three separate occasions to collect my order only to find they had been there all along!!
I won't be rushing back.

My fiancée and I went in with an enquiry about wedding rings - the lady we spoke to couldn't have been less helpful. Fobbed us off with a non-answer which has been contradicted in two other much more welcoming and friendly jewellers - we left here with the impression that we were being got rid of as quickly as possible.

Absolutely seamless experience. Over 2 visits dealt with 2 members of staff on the same purchase, which normally leads to problems. But not this time, all went well. Well done Goldsmiths.

Took my Seiko watch into Goldsmith's (Clarendon Centre, Oxford) for a battery replacement and service on the 8th October 2019. Eventually it was returned on the 4th January 2020. Appalling service. Completely failed to meet target dates of 4 weeks, then two weeks ('expedited repair') then by the 'end of the week' . I called into the shop about 4 times to try to get my watch back. Offer of 15% discount off the cost of the service (I note that there is a 50% sale on at the moment) I felt was an insult. Goldsmiths need to improve customer service training and make staff accountable and give them responsibility. When I suggested that I shouldn't have to pay for such poor service I was told by the member of staff that she could only offer up to 15% discount. When I asked that she could perhaps speak to someone more senior to get the authority to review the cost she declined and said she couldn't speak to senior management 'on behalf of the customer'. I am left puzzled about Goldsmith Customer Service policies, but I am left in no doubt that I will not shop there again. I should add that I sent an email to the customer relations team on 28th December to complain...haven't had a response.

Amazing customer service, took my Armani watch in to get the battery replaced, explained to me the procedure. The cost of the battery change was really good, the store is neatly presented with plenty of stock as well.
