Whiles among the expensive stores, I bought for my wife to be her engagement ring from here, which between when i originally looked and bought it had gone up in price; however gave me the original quoted price. They were all along very understanding, very polite, smiled a lot and spent time with you and even re-sized the ring to the correct size without any hassle. Very satisfied and a happy customer.

Nothing was too much trouble as I preferred a slightly thicker chain.
