Brooklinde is an absolute gem. My husband and I purchased our engagement ring and wedding rings here. We have been delighted with them. I was also very lucky to receive an absolutely beautiful pair of pearl earrings to wear on the big day. I haven't stopped wearing them since. Clare is very friendly and helpful. We even had the engagement ring cleaned free of charge so it was sparkly just like new. Thank you Brooklinde.

My partner and I went to Brooklinde to look for an engagement ring. We knew very little about rings & Emma put us at ease instantly, guided us through the options & showed us what was possible. She also showed us a tray of gemstones (we were looking for a sapphire) which really helped us pick exactly what we wanted. She drew up a design, worked to our budget and made us the perfect ring. We visited a lot of jewellers in Cardiff and we were blown away with Brooklinde in comparison to the others. Would definitely recommend & use again in future.

Clare is fantastic. We couldn't have been more happy, and we are so pleased that we popped in. We discussed the ring and designed it together, and it's perfect. Clare was never unavailable and always answered my questions promptly. She is also just a really lovely person, which helps!

The size was exactly what we asked for, but the ring was a tiny bit too big. Clare was very happy to take it back and adjust it for us, which she did really quickly. It's now just right.

Clare has made me 5 items which are 4 beautiful rings and an amazing bangle with diamonds and rubies on it. Over the last two years I have dealt with Clare and Emma. They both have been amazing. Very professional and willing to bend over backwards to be helpful. From start to finish I was always kept informed. If you want someone to bring your ideas to life then look no further. Also if you have any rings that need a good clean then take them here. Best part Clare cleans them in her store and doesn’t need to send them away so you get your ring back in the same day. Clare was really patient when discussing the design and she sourced an incredible selection of diamonds to choose from. Brooklinde were very accommodating of changes in the schedule and made sure the ring was ready far ahead of schedule. The follow up care has also been exceptional. When Philip and I got engaged, we knew we wanted to create a bespoke piece of jewellery that told a story and represented us, something unusual, timeless, unique and that could incorporate stones from my mother, Philip’s mum and my grandmother as well as adding something new from Philip. A tall order!!! However, Emma was AMAZING and managed somehow to create an engagement ring that is all of the above and more. Emma and Clare are wonderful, their knowledge is brilliant, the process from start to finish was smooth and easy and the craftsmanship of the finished piece is just exquisite. It is possibly the most beautiful ring I have ever seen and we shall be returning to have our wedding bands made! Can’t wait! Thank you Brooklinde, you are simply the best!

After looking around for what felt like forever for an engagement ring, I called into see Clare at Brooklinde. They were very helpful even from the initial visit. About a week later Clare very kindly sourced 4 different, equally amazing sapphires for me to choose from. This was to be set in a design that I wanted with a halo of diamonds surrounding the sapphire (also sourced by Clare!) The ring they have produced is nothing short of beautiful. It is exactly how I wanted it to be and more. Nothing was too difficult for them to do. Great communication throughout the whole experience. I would certainly recommend them!
