Changed battery on my Storm watch which other places couldn’t do. Established local small business. Friendly, down to earth, did a great job, and price was very reasonable.

Went in to get links taken out my watch. Service was excellent and quick (and very reasonably priced!) Staff were polite and friendly. Would highly recommend this place for anything jewellery related.

I had my wedding band resized as it came up small once it arrived from a different jeweler I was greeted by the lovely and charismatic owner (Annette). She prioritised my ring and delivered it exactly when she said she would. And we had a nice chat about camping spots. Really enjoyed my experience and will be using their services again.

I needed my 18ct gold ring repaired as it had a split and needed it resized. Annette and her team took their time to make sure it done to my request. Fantastic service would highly recommend if you need any repairs done, it was done to a high standard. I was very pleased with the result, it looks like I have a brand new ring 💍

I have been taking my various high end pieces of jewellery and rings to Annette for many many years, and would never use anyone else.
She has always done fantastic repairs, sometimes better than they originally were.
Annette and her son are always accommodating, chatty and friendly.
I could not recommend them enough.

Not a good experience walked in to ask about gold st Christopher's the lady remarked we have sliver it's cheaper The lady went on to show me some lovely gold st Christopher's and gold chains should not judge a book by its cover went on to say another's jewellers products was not very good if I had been served by the other 2 ladies in the shop whom seemed very nice I think I would of made a purchase I took my business elsewhere where I was treated with respect

Annette is absolutely brilliant. She offers excellent customer service and is always very friendly and welcoming. She resized a ring that I bought from her shop for me within an hour, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to buy it. I have been a regular customer for many years and she never ceases to amaze me with her reasonable prices and efficient service.
