Hopeless!! My wife took her engagement ring in here for a size reduction and a repair. 2 weeks later they gave her a price for the repair only!!!. When asked about the size change, she was told to come back to the store to have her finger sized! WHY wasn't this done first? She went back to the store and was advised another 4 weeks for the work to be done. Absolutely appalling customer service. She took the ring off them. Why don't they try a bit of honesty.

My husband & I were served quickly & efficiently. The Staff member was polite & friendly.

The customer service is good but I purchased an Engagement ring on the 9th feb for a suprise engagement on Valentine's day the ring was a little big. The day after Valentine's I sent it back to get resized it is now nearly a month later and we are still waiting for the ring.

Would highly recommend I took my little girl to have her ears pierced today and I must say kath who done her ears was absolutely amazing thank u so much one happy little girl.

Rude Staff… Very disappointed after my visit today. I popped in just before 5pm as my son wanted to buy a gift, I was met by a member of staff who looked upset that I was there. I asked if they were still open and she said we will be closing at 5:15. I said I won’t be long as we were in a rush. The lady did help us find a gift but I was met with lots of huffing and puffing and when I was paying, another member of staff walked past and said in a very abrupt manner “you can’t put it through the till, I’ve cashed up”
We left feeling very pushed out, uncomfortable and pressured to get out as soon as possible. Bearing in mind we left at 5:08pm and they literally slammed the doors behind us.
If you advertise you are open until 5:15 then you are open until 5:15pm..
