Received the gorgeous July raw ruby necklace for a milestone birthday from a very close friend. Unfortunately it covered my other necklace and due to illness in my family I was much delayed in getting in touch with Abiza. Fortunately, an exception was made for returning the necklace for a shorter chain and I now have a beautiful Abiza necklace that sits perfectly above my existing diamond necklace. Thank you for your fast response to my dilemma and posting out a replacement so quickly!

Very good service indeed. Package arrived fast, considering it was in the Christmas break and was beautifully done, in a lovely presentation box and I really appreciated the little card explaining the meaning of the crystal.

I love gemstones and pretty, dainty gemstone bracelets featured on Etsy caught my attention. I was looking for one with tourmaline but they were all so eye-catching and delightful. How could I buy just one? So I bought 3. Tourmaline, garnet (that being my birthstone) and the empath protection bracelet. And they came quickly, all the way to Australia. Very happy with the service and most especially with the attention that went into making these beautiful, quality bracelets. Thank you! And I'm thinking the bracelets would be gorgeous gifts for friends and family so I know I'll be buying from here again!

My mum bought me a bracelet for my Xmas costing over £100 I wore it for a couple of days and it went yellow….. we were told that u can’t wear it in sunlight water or wear perfume not sure when I’m supposed to wear it not very sure…..I do love the bracelet such a shame and the customer service was very poor didn’t get much of a reply I’m disappointed

I can't recommend this shop highly enough. I have bought two pairs of beautiful earrings from them. One with garnets, and one with aquamarines. I have lost count of the number of compliments I've received whilst wearing them. A week ago, I was so upset to discover that I'd lost one of the aquamarine earrings. I immediately decided that I'd got to buy a replacement. To my horror I discovered that Abiza is no longer selling them. So I contacted customer service. They searched around and found enough aquamarines to make me a single replacement earring. They asked for a photo of the remaining earring so as to match the chains to which the crystals are attached. They charged me less than half the price of a pair. I am so delighted! Once more I have a pair of those stunning aquamarine earrings. Thank you Abiza!

Disappointed on quality of necklace, worried that it will snap because of how thin. Have contacted customer services however they didn’t want to help.

Lovely design and great quality of earrings and a rough stone necklace I ordered to reward myself. Package arrived swiftly on time. I absolutely loved them, they are even more gorgeous than the photos and I will soon order more for my loved ones’ birthday gifts. Thanks!
