Travelled into central London to exchange a gift. Arrived at 6:20pm to find the store already closed. Highly frustrating after going out my way to get to the store.

Can't really rate the shop as it was closed when we got there despite being past it's opening hours.

Waited around for a further thirty minutes and still the shop remained shut.

Left disappointed.

Made a customised composable bracelet with a lovely staff who was so helpful, thoughtful and patient throughout my purchase. This was my 3rd purchase here and I have always felt so welcome and assured of a successful lovely present. Highly recommend this store, the lovely staff and most importantly the products. Absolutely beautiful collections throughout the year 👍🏽

Love the selection of jewellery! The staff were very helpful and suggested a bracelet set for me. I traveled nearly 2h to see the unique collections only found in this store, and it did not disappoint.
