Took some of my great grandfathers medals in to be mounted they did an excellent job well worth doing really pleased with the results.

I urgently asked if it would be possible to obtain a St John Ambulance flag for the funeral of my father who died unexpectedly having served for many years in the brigade. I was contacted immediately by Rachael who arranged express shipment for the next day. First class, kind and helpful service. Highly recommended. Thank you Rachael for your help

If I could I would put no stars. I assume that this shop is the same who operates the new school uniform shop (as recently changed the title to The class collections). I know we ordered new school uniform late as because of the Corona virus pandemic it was unclear if the school will reopen, but if they send you an email telling the date after your order will be ready you assume it will be ready! Instead I had to go twice,both times days later after I have been told to be told again that my order is not ready!!! It is a complete joke! The shop is still closed for customers, there has been a queue outside with at least 5 people waiting (1/3 leaving empty handed as myself) so there is no way of knowing if the size you will order will fit and returns as explained on the sign outside will take at least a week!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Ordered school uniform and when you pay for delivery it says 5 days, only after do you get an email saying 14-21 days!!!! This is ridiculous as the shop always has stock in, awful contact via email as you can never get through on the telephone. Shame there isn't somewhere else I can buy the uniform that is needed!

I ordered online was really easy to do and as I live not to far away decided I to collect my order which was so quick, my order was really well made and very good quality.

This company knowingly sent me 2 old style PE shirts to get rid of their surplus stock, leading my son to face the embarrassment of being the only child in his new school in the wrong kit! Fuming is an understatement.

The opening times for collecting school uniform on the front door are different to the side door (which is different from the website). I'd like to say what they are but I honestly have no clue. The chap who came to the side door on Thomas Street was apologetic and helpful at least. The door on the side really is the one to go to even though it doesn't look like it..

Absolutely Awful. Had uniforms on order since August and still waiting. Being told call back in few weeks when they go back to school on Monday. It's about time we had a decant shop who actually opens or at least answer queries. Disgusting....
