First of all the necklace I bought is beautiful, it looks just as pictured on the website and feels very high quality. The packaging was lovely too. The communication was absolutely brilliant, I received a call within minutes of placing my order to confirm everything and then another call to arrange date of delivery. Highly recommend.

If anyone has lost a loved one and looking for a keepsake I highly recommend Ashes with art. They are second to none, extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I purchased a signet ring to be made with my brothers ash's, I received phone calls throughout the whole process giving me advice and updates. The craftsmanship is just so remarkable. When I received my parcel I opened it up find a certificate of authenticity, box with my ring with a bow and a thank you letter. Once again 100% recommend and thank you Ashes with art.

The wonderful 'Ashes With Art' have made this wonderful solitaire diamond ring with my Husband's ashes placed in the secret chamber, I have had it engraved with a beautiful message too. When I received it I couldn't quite believe how beautiful & stunning it is, it took my breath away (photo's don't do it justice!) I now wear it with my late Mum's redesigned wedding ring.
Our dog sadly passed away 2 months after my Husband, so I also ordered the diamond embossed memorial band with her ashes in the secret chamber, that too is a lovely ring.
Honestly, this company are just amazing, nothing is too much trouble and they keep you informed every step of the way. They handle your loved one's ashes with the utmost care & respect, their advice & guidance were invaluable during the process.
Both rings are outstanding and the quality is amazing.

A golden tribute for my golden boy. I absolutely adore my Essence pendant and clear glass necklace made with Prince's ashes. It is a beautiful piece of jewellery as well as being hugely sentimental. Noone would know that the flecks in the glass are his ashes, but I do, and I feel so much better knowing I can keep a small part of him, close to my heart wherever I go. Ashes with art kept in touch throughout every step and I felt reassured that they would take care of my boys ashes. Thank you Ashes to art. Prince, I will always love you 💙

The whole process was so professional we were kept in the loop with everything from the hair arriving to being made and making sure we would be in for receiving the ring! My ring is even more perfect than I imagined and it contains my stillborn baby girls hair, which makes the ring even more precious to me! I couldn't have asked for anything more, thank you so much! 💕

The workmanship, quality of packaging and customer service was phenomenal. We don't think our praise covers it, this truly has to be experienced to be believed.

AWA got the 2nd bead to us ahead of Christmas, they didn't have to and we certainly wasn't expecting it but that's just one measure of their commitment to customer service, because they wanted to.

AWA made what has been a truly horrible year for us end on a peaceful note due to their commitment at a truly dark time.
