Always a fantastic service. After over 2 years of not being able to wear my eternity ring it was resized, stones reset, replated and looking as good as the day I got it. My engagement ring was given equally good treatment. A very trustworthy and professional service and friendly staff (and my first shopping stop if I ever win the lottery)

Helpful staff and great service. I had them redesign some jewellery for me and throughout they ensured the designs were what I wanted and end result is lovely. Also resized my husbands wedding ring on the spot when we went into the store, and cleaned my engagement ring for free. Will always go there from now on!

Couldn't fault the staff or knecklace at all .
I lost my chain a year ago and wanted a new one , you are greeted from the front door , staff were friendly and helpful . A few weeks later I wanted to make my chain shorter , I simply walked in and they took the time to make sure I was 100% happy .

Ps , I never leave reviews but in this case they deserved it ! .

Not only does Cellini have a beautiful selection of jewellery, they are always helpful and knowledgeable, and go out of their way to give you extra information about the pieces in-store and your own.
They offer a great personal service, and high standards and quality across the board.

Great service and they were able to fix my necklace whilst I waited. I was definitely prepared to have to come back to collect but they could do a same day repair. Excellent customer service as well.

GREAT. The staff have been great all the way through the process. We got my daughters signet ring here and the service was excellent. They were recommended by a friend and I must say they did not disappoint. My daughter had happy tears when she saw the finished ring.

My husband's white gold wedding ring was rhodium plated while I waited for a very reasonable fee and my three rings were cleaned free of charge! Very friendly and efficient service, I'd definitely recommend Cellini jewellers.
