Extremely misleading! Travelled from Kent to Cardiff after looking at the website and speaking on the phone. Struggled to find the shop at the given address, so asked the security guard - he looked equally blank. Turns out that the Welsh Gold Company is actually a 12" wide, 12" deep 6ft tall display stand in Christopher George Jewellers. Staff we unhelpful, asked about a particular item, was told made to order. Asked to see an example, was shown something totally different. Staff were disinterested and lacked basic knowledge of the items. Fine if you want Pre-owned but not if you want Welsh Gold.
