Very nice shop and reasonable price very good services. I like it.

The lady wearing scarf apparently was the main seller.I wanted to sell and exchange my hoop earrings.First sarcastically called me"What do u want,sister?"Then underestimating my earrings.From the beginning,her attitude,her tone was very rude and sarcastic!When finally i did not find anything less than£200.she told me:"There is nothing for you here!!"&.she kicked me out of her shop and i said"i will never come back to your shop!u are sooo rude and abusive!!" To any
one reading this:"Please don't waste your time in Joory shop!U will be shocked and insulted!"

Absolutely brilliant! I’ve been a customer of this jewellery shop for few years now. Every time I walk in staff make me feel very welcomed and put smile on my face. They always have fresh stock and great variety! Today I purchased a beautiful gold set for my mum! Couldn’t be happier.

Really nice place the woman with the scarf who works there was very helpful and even made me a traditional coffee while I was making my decision. Gave me a good discount and invited me back any time for a chit chat couldn’t have asked for better service!!!!

Very rude behaviour and bad manners.

Very helpful and kind staff. Went to sell my bracelet and she gave me such a good price for it and was kind and welcoming. Definitely going there again
